James joined Ray White Invest in 2008 following 3 years with McDonald’s Australia as a Construction Development Manager.  James was responsible for the delivery of new restaurants and refurbishment projects annually worth $10M. James’ thorough understanding of design and building construction supported by his engineering background and excellent stakeholder management, has proved invaluable as shown in his contribution to the recently completed Blackmore’s Project. Previously James worked for Connell Wagner, one of Australia’s leading engineering consultancies as a Structural and Façade Engineer.

Responsible for the design and documentation of various building structures, James worked on many notable projects including Gold Coast’s Chevron Renaissance Towers, Sydney’s World Square and Victoria Park developments, Sydney’s Cross City Tunnel and the University of Auckland’s Faculty of Law Building.

Continually developing his knowledge of Development and Construction, James has recently completed his Masters of Construction Project Management at the University of New South Wales.
