Over the past 20 years Charlie has gained experience in asset and property management playing major roles in asset master planning, research, retail and asset assessment and evaluation, due diligence and property valuations along with controlling major marketing and sales initiatives which have been successfully implemented throughout a property’s life cycle. He has held senior executive management positions while working for many leading property fund managers including Westfield, Lend Lease Retail, Byvan, Growth Equities Mutual, AMP Shopping Centres, Queensland Investment Corporation (QIC Real Estate) and Allco Finance Group.

He holds Real Estate & Business Agent Licences, has a Bachelor of Arts Degree specialising in Urban Studies and has successfully completed numerous leadership, performance and investment management training certificates.

Charlie has a great deal of knowledge and experience in managing major retail shopping centres, commercial office and tourism based properties during various stages of a properties lifecycle. Many of these properties were undergoing major redevelopment changes and involved managing of a team of professionals in all the property functions, such as asset management, leasing, administration, operations and marketing disciplines.
