Peter Walsh (B Bus, CPA) – Project Director

Peter Walsh joined the Ray White Invest team in April 2004 in the Sydney office, having spent the previous nine years at Macquarie Bank Limited. Peter has over 12 years of Australian and international property development, finance and management experience. He has had direct involvement in a broad range of development projects with completion values from $4 million to $700 million in locations as diverse as Australia, the USA and Mexico. Peter was a Divisional Director at Macquarie Bank prior to joining Ray White Invest, and spent over four years working in the USA for the Bank.

Peter is well versed in the sourcing and planning of projects as well as the financing of real estate. He has held responsibility for a range of significant projects from the application and sourcing of equity, debt (mezzanine, bond and traditional bank), to overseeing and monitoring the delivery of projects. Peter has focused on fostering profitable relationships with a number of key clients for Ray White Invest as well as playing a central role in forming Ray White Projects, the development management arm of the business.

Peter sits on the Investment Committee, for sourcing and managing investments. Peter regularly attends the board meetings of Ray White Constructions, a medium sized Queensland commercial builder, and is keen to use the wider group relationships to benefit all parties.
