Peter Volk (B Bus, Grad Dip) - Director 

Peter has over 20 years experience in the financing of real estate development. From 1990 to 1997, Peter was the Brisbane Regional Manager for Queensland Industry Development Corporation (QIDC) and was responsible for a loan portfolio of $700m and the management of a team of 50 people. During his time at QIDC, Peter financed a broad range of property developments across all segments of the property market.

From 1997 to 2001, Peter was general manager and director of Interlink Capital Pty Ltd, which provided services including sourcing of leveraged project finance transactions,undertaking necessary due diligence on potential finance investments and investment management for a range of project finance trusts.

Peter joined Ray White Invest in 2001 and commenced Ray White Invest with Dan White and Wayne Paxton. Since the establishment of Ray White Invest, Peter has been involved in all forms of property investment undertaken. This includes investments in property developments being undertaken by proven property developers across all market segments, and the acquisition of investment grade property to achieve income and capital growth returns for our investor partners. These investments have taken a variety of forms either as equity, profit-sharing loans or mezzanine debt. Peter sits on the Investment Committee and the Board of Ray White Invest.
