Jesse Spatt (BA, LLB Hons.) – Manager (RWI Service Centre Trust)

Jesse joined Ray White Invest in 2005 as a property analyst following approximately two years with TressCox Lawyers in the corporate department and the litigation and dispute resolution group. During his time at TressCox, Jesse gained experience in various aspects of commercial law, including ASX listings, corporate structuring, due diligence assessments and leasing and planning. Prior to that, Jesse worked part-time assisting the in-house legal counsel for one of Melbourne’s leading private developers whilst completing his studies.

After spending approximately one year as a property analyst working on various projects, Jesse was recently appointed Manager of the RWI Service Centre Trust. In his new role, Jesse is responsible for the day to day management of the trust, including identifying potential opportunities, undertaking due diligence and analysis of opportunities and managing the assets of the Trust. Jesse reports directly to the Project Director.

Jesse’s legal background provides him with an excellent skill set to draw from in the active management and strategic outlook of direct property asset investment.
