Hans Pearson (B Bus, LLB) – Project Director

Hans joined Ray White Invest in 2003 following a broad background across multiple disciplines of property law and finance.

Hans was previously with Westpac Institutional Bank as an Associate Director involved in structuring and arranging finance for property developments and collective investment vehicles for property acquisitions. Prior to this he was with property development and advisory group CRI Australia. Earlier Hans held a legal career for many years in Queensland and Victoria, specialising in property and planning law, most recently with Freehills Solicitors in Melbourne. Hans commenced his career as a property valuer in Queensland.

Hans has sourced and completed many transactions at Ray White Invest including equity and joint venture projects, unlisted property trusts and project funding. He has completed investments across many property sectors with both institutional and private project partners. In 2006, Hans created the internal business stream known as Gateway Project Partners, which leverages the group's specialist experience in airport property development (refer to www.airportproperty.com.au).  As a Project Director, Hans is responsible for sourcing and managing investment opportunities, managing investor relationships and delivering project investments to completion. Hans is an alternate member of the Investment Committee.
