Dan White (B Com, LLB) - Director and CEO

Dan joined the Ray White Group in 2000 following approximately three years with Macquarie Bank’s Property Investment Management Division as the Deputy General Manager of Macquarie Industrial Trust. Prior to that, Dan spent 2 years in the taxation division of Arthur Andersen.

Dan has extensive experience in the acquisition, financing and management of investment grade real estate. Dan commenced Ray White Invest with Peter Volk and Wayne Paxton, and has been involved in all aspects of the business since formation. Dan has benefited from direct involvement in all 143 of Ray White Invest’s transactions, enabling him to gain experience in a broad spectrum of property markets, asset classes and property cycles. Through these activities, Dan has established strong relationships with a large number of Australia’s leading private development groups, agents and property consultants.

Dan sits on the Investment Committee and the Board of Ray White Invest. He is also a Director of Ausbuild Pty Ltd, a Brisbane based residential developer, which develops fully planned residential communities and has an extensive home building division that constructs over 300 homes per annum. Dan is also a Director of Ray White Constructions Pty Ltd, which is a medium sized building contractor with a forecast annual turnover of approximately $80m.
