Alexandra Feltham (BA LLB) – Legal Counsel and Manager, Compliance

Alex commenced with Ray White Invest in February 2005 having worked for more than 10 years as an articled clerk, solicitor and senior associate with Allens Arthur Robinson, Allen Allen & Hemsley, MacDonnells and Feez Ruthning. Alex focuses on identifying and managing the major corporate governance, legal and compliance issues arising in the Ray White Invest business and, where necessary, engaging external advisers. She also manages the Compliance Officer and compliance functions.

Alex’s experience as a lawyer is diverse. Alex commenced her career as a litigator and was involved in all aspects of large court and arbitration proceedings (including advocacy) with a mining and construction focus. She has spent time on secondment in house at Queensland Cement Limited and SunWater, in both instances developing governance procedures for aspects of the businesses.

Alex concentrates on the financial services aspects of the Ray White Invest business and the broader governance issues associated with running a public company which is the holder of an Australian Financial Services Licence.  She is driving continuous improvement in documentation, policies and practices including comprehensive review and development of a broader risk management framework for Ray White Invest.
